| It all begins with a sheet of brass. Like a tailor drawing heavy patterns on a heavy metal, Cacnio cuts, then shapes, then molds. With a creative mind and agile hands, he uses a blow torch and a welding rod to fashion a myriad of golden fixtures. The process takes days, weeks, even months before each detail is welded... then the climax is reached. The artwork takes a breath taking form. |
